By creating an account or using CareNext, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
CareNext provides an AI companion (Carey) that places phone calls to the people you add, and shares summaries, wellness insights, and alerts with you. Features may change over time.
3. Not emergency or medical care
Carey is an AI, not a person, and CareNext is not an emergency, medical, or crisis service. Insights and alerts are informational only and are not a diagnosis or medical advice. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the US) immediately. Always consult a qualified professional about health concerns.
4. Your account
You must be an adult and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
5. Consent and responsible use
You may only add a person to CareNext if you have the right to do so and they know about and agree to receive calls from an AI companion. You must stop calls promptly if they ask. You agree not to use CareNext to harass, deceive, or harm anyone, or to break any law.
6. Plans and payment
Paid plans and prices are shown in the pricing section of our website. Any trial, billing, and cancellation details will be shown to you when you sign up.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the service, access it in unauthorized ways, reverse engineer it, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information, including call data.
9. Availability
We work to keep CareNext running, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Calls depend on phone networks and third-party providers and may sometimes fail or be delayed.
10. Disclaimer and limits of liability
CareNext is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated summaries, insights, or alerts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Suspension and termination
You can stop using CareNext at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if needed to protect people or the service.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use CareNext after changes means you accept the updated terms.
